The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 28.02.2012 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Alipore, District 24 Parganas South in Criminal Motion No. 181/2011 confirming the order dated 29.04.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore in M. P. Case No. 25/2010 under Section 410 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Perused the contention of the petition as well as the impugned judgment of the trial court. The learned trial court has justifiably opined an apprehension that the complainant's son or the relative being the lawyer will impede the proceedings of the trial cannot be accepted. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application along with connected application are dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
