By order dated December 11, 2020 the Court directed the Joint Director of Employment to take steps to enroll the name of the petitioner in the exempted category for employment and to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor that the petitioner has been enrolled in the exempted category cell of the Directorate of Employment vide No. WB EC 20210512 dated July 28, 2021.

The petitioner received his EC Identity Card on August 2, 2021. The signature of the petitioner at the time of receiving the identity card has been produced in Court.

The documents in support of the submission on behalf of the alleged contemnor are retained with the records.

It appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
