It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned orders dated 7th April, 2014 passed by the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal. The instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner which is pending since the year 2014. There is reasonable ground that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/1424/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
