On perusal of the order dated 11th August, 2023, it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "WPA 882 of 2006" and "Gopal Chandra Ghosh Vs. Hrishikesh Gayen" in the instant application, it should be read as ""WPA 822 of 2006" and "Sri Gopal Chandra Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal". The other portion of the order dated 11th August, 2023 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
