His grievance is that even after two years eight months of his retirement he has not received his retiral dues.

The learned advocate representing the respondent University submits, upon instruction, that funds have been released by the State Government in June, 2021 and the process for paying the retiral dues of the petitioner is continuing and the same will be concluded at the earliest. In view of such submission made on behalf of the respondent University the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take immediate steps for processing the retirement dues of the petitioner and to pay the same to the petitioner at the

earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
