This is a writ petition, which has been pending since 2008 and the same had appeared on repeated occasions on August 14, 2024, August 23, 2024 and August 28, 2024, when adjournment was sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

It is obvious that the petitioner is not seriously interested in proceeding with the writ petition.

In view of the above, WPA No. 12024 of 2008 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
