This is an application for expeditious disposal of M. Case No. 235 of 2016 arising out of an application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon.

On perusal of averment made in the instant revision and having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner this Court is of the view that the instant revision can be disposed of here and now with the assistance of the learned Advocate for the state. Accordingly, Mrs. Mausumi Sarkar, learned Advocate is requested to assist this Court on behalf of the State.
Appointment of Mrs. Mausumi Sarkar learned advocate be regularized by the learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal. 3.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that marriage of the parties was registered on 10th March, 2010 according to Hindu Marriage Act. After her marriage she was subjected to torture both physically and mentally by the opposite party and her in-laws. Thereafter the petitioner filed an application under section 125 Cr. P.C. where the learned court below directed the opposite party to pay maintenance of Rs. 5000/- for the petitioner and Rs. 3000 for the child. The opposite party did not pay any maintenance and the lower court fixed 4th September, 2017 for appearance. Several adjournments were taken but no progress in the case. The next date was fixed on 20th August, 2022 for evidence. 4.
Under such circumstances, petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the case.

In view of such circumstances, the instant revision is disposed of directing the Learned Court below to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments. 6.
With the above direction the instant revision is disposed of. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
