The present criminal revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing and disposal of the proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code being M. Case No.200 of 2017 pending before the Learned 1st Judicial Magistrate at Barasat.

Considering nature of the prayer of the present revision, the revisional application is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate, First Court, Barasat to dispose of the proceeding being M. Case No.200 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order (in case said case has already not been disposed of).

The criminal revision is accordingly disposed of. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
