The present revision has not been moved since the year 2019. The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of proceeding being M.R Case No.171/19 being a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia at Krishnanagar.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
