We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of the witnesses show presence of the petitioner along with co-accused who assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Materials prima facie establish common intention of the petitioner to murder the victim. Bail prayer of co-accused was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
