The petitioner Mina Prasad alleges that the private respondents are preventing her from entering into her own house.

It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition that the petitioner and the private respondents have inherited the property on the death of one Raghabendra Prasad.

Over the same issue complaints and counter complaints have been lodged by both sides.

Learned Advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instructions that, all the complaints filed by the parties have duly been responded to.

The Court is of the opinion that as regards restoration of possession, the parties ought to approach the competent civil forum for relief.

As regards the violence that has been alleged by the petitioner, the police is directed to maintain strict vigil to ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale and no harm is caused to the life and property of either of the parties.

Both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
