Learned counsel for the DVC (licensee) submits that three other appeals preferred being MAT 1730 of 2024, MAT 1735 of 2024 and MAT 1736 of 2024 have been withdrawn and the appeals have been dismissed by orders dated 01.10.2024 and 08.01.2025.

It appears that the impugned order, therefore, calls for no interference as the appellants even otherwise do not appear to be interested in the matter.

Hence, MAT 1101 of 2023 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the above, connected applications if any, shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
