The present revisional application has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 12th June, 2019 passed by the learned City Sessions Court-cum-IInd Fast Track Court, Calcutta, in Criminal Appeal No. 02 of 2017, arising out of the order dated 29th November, 2016, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta, in case no. being C-10350/2004, T.R. No. 27/2013 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, 1881.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has expired, the present revisional application abates and is disposed of accordingly as being infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
