1. Affidavit on behalf of the District Magistrate, Birbhum filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. It has been mentioned therein that the School Education Department, Planning and Budget Branch has issued financial sanction for a sum of Rs. 21,51,000/- in favour of the Chief Engineer, Social Sector, Public Works Directorate.

3. The subject allotment of the fund/bill amount is awaiting and the same is expected to be disbursed within four weeks.

4. Copy of the affidavit has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

5. The District Magistrate, Birbhum is directed to ensure that the payment is disbursed in favour of the petitioner without any further delay.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Be it recorded that, on 25th August, 2025 when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallcik and Mr. Debangshu Dinda, learned advocates appeared on behalf of the State. Their names were inadvertently not recorded in the order dated 25th August, 2025.

8. The department is directed to make the necessary correction in the order dated 25th August, 2025.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
