Mr. Majumdar, learned counsel for the petitioners, after a long hearing, on instructions submits that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition and seek remedy of appeal under the applicable guidelines of Incident Management Policies of the GEM.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the rival contentions urged by the parties.

The writ petition is dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioners to invoke the appellate provisions. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
