1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. The order dated 26.07.2023 passed by us has not yet been complied by the petitioners and they have not appeared before the I.O. in spite of our specific direction.

3. Now submission is made before us that the notice issued by the I.O. under Section 41A Cr.P.C. is irregular notice.

4. We are not inclined to accept any submission when our order is violated on our face. Such an attitude by the petitioners and their lawyer is contemptuous. We are not taking any action against them but we dismiss the application for anticipatory bail in view of the conduct of the petitioners.
