Rupa Chakraborty v. State Of West Bengal
12.07.2022 Item no.11.
Court No.6.
AB CRR No. 1496 of 2013 In the matter of : Smt. Rupa Chakraborty ......Petitioner.
None appears either on behalf of the petitioner or the opposite parties today. It appears from record that on previous several occasions also, neither of the parties was present in Court.
Considering the above, record is taken up for delivering order.
In the instant revision case, the petitioner prayed for quashing of the proceedings in NGR Case No.1484 of 2012 under Sections 323/506 of the IPC pending in the Court of CJM, Malda (connected case English Bazar G. D. Entry 462 Dated 8.4.2012).
Upon perusal of the records and the annexed documents, it is seen that the grounds made out by the petitioner in this case are not cogent and sufficient enough to warrant interference of this Court into the impugned proceeding. Hence, finding no merit in the matter, I dismiss the revisional application.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
