Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities of Usthi Police Station no steps have been taken. Earlier there were directions passed in WPA 9984 of 2023. There have been attempts at the behest of the private respondents to encroach and disturb the possession of the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that the prayers which have been advanced in the writ petition is restricted to the consideration of the ground reality pursuant to the earlier directions passed by the Coordinate Bench as also Civil Court's orders, the Officer-in-Charge of Usthi Police Station will consider the representation dated 17.04.2025 and inform the outcome to the petitioner preferably within a period of days from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14294 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
