According to Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the State except the four cases which have been registered being Kulti Police Station Case No.31/22 dated 16/01/22, Kulti Police Station Case No.120/22 dated 22/02/22, Kulti Police Station Case No.189/22 dated 23/03/22 and Kulti Police Station Case No.647/22 dated 15/10/22, there are no other cases to the knowledge of the State Police Authorities. Accordingly, the petitioners would abide by the conditions imposed by the Courts while granting bail to them.

The Investigating Agency is directed to conclude their investigation expedituously, as most of the cases are of the year of 2022 and the learned trial court would proceed in accordance with law after the submission of report under Section 173 of the Criminal Procedure Code is filed.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A.14398 of 2023 is disposed of.

In case, any application is pending before jurisdictional courts, the jurisdictional courts will consider the same in accordance with law.
