None appears for the petitioner even at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for an order directing the respondents to pay interest on provident fund for the period from July 1, 2003 to August 11, 2004.

Since the petitioner is not represented, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
