AND In the matter of:- Abhijit @ Bapan Mahato ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred with a prayer for quashing of the proceeding relating to Misc.Case No.88/201247/2012 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Bankura.

Record of the present revisional application reflects that the revisional application is yet to be admitted. Having regard to the fact that the revisional application is pending for more than eight years and no information being furnished before this Court regarding present stage of proceedings, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R.1505 of 2013 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is hereby disposed of.
