Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and was falsely implicated. He submits that although the police submitted charge-sheet on February 10, 2021, the police yet to submit the chemical examiner's report of the contraband. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that commercial quantity of phensidyl was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner. The police will submit the chemical examiner's report with regard to the contraband before the jurisdictional court.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, we direct the police to obtain the chemical examiner's report and submit the same before the jurisdictional court as expeditiously as possible. CRM 6275 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
