Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. There are disputes between the petitioner and the husband of the defacto complainant. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the defacto complainant. By reason of such disputes, the petitioner was sought to be falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police complaint is of 2019. The police submitted chargesheet. Considering the fact that the petitioner is absconding since 2019 and considering the nature of charges leveled

against the petitioner by the police, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3265 of 2022 is dismissed.
