The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is granted.

The petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. In the event the petitioner files an application before the appropriate forum within a fortnight from date, the appropriate forum shall deal with the same on merits in accordance with law without dismissing the same on the ground of limitation. On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copy of the documents filed before this Court upon furnishing photocopies thereof.

The revisional application, being CRR 2421 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
