1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non settlement of the claim of the petitioner by the insurance company.

2. The Court is of the opinion that, challenging deficiency in service by the insurance company, the writ petition will not be maintainable.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy, if so advised.

4. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
