The instant revision is filed for setting aside the order dated 4th March, 2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore in Misc. Case No.275 of 2013 under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

The impugned order being appealable under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. The instant revision is not maintainable. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision summarily dismissed.
