1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, a speaking order has been passed by the Chairman of the Serampore Municipality on 12th August, 2024.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

3. As it appears that the order passed by the Court has been complied with, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the speaking order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
