1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record. Evidence of payment of court fees by the petitioners filed in Court today be also taken on record.

2. The petitioners participated in the recruitment process to the posts of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, Malda in the year 2009.

3. The instant writ petition has been filed on 20th September, 2021 i.e. within the cut off date mentioned in the consent order dated 26th April, 2024.

4. Hence, the petitioners are entitled to the benefit of the said order dated 26th April, 2024 on the same terms and conditions and shall be entitled to appointments.

5. The submission of documents by postal means shall also be accepted by the concerned District Primary School Council.

6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2021 shall also stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
