Considering the long absconsion of the other petitioners in respect of a police case of January 18, 2016, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the other petitioners (i.e. petitioner no. 2 Rajesh Mandal and petitioner no. 3 Rakesh Mandal).

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is rejected.

CRM (A) 3268 of 2022 is dismissed.
