Considering the serious nature of allegations, the fact that there are criminal antecedents available against the petitioner with similar allegations and the fact that there is a money trail shown between the petitioner and other absconding accused, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail, is thus, rejected.
