Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that in respect of the same dispute Budbud PS Case No.

of dated 26.04.2021 was registered for investigation.

There was also a civil suit being TS 12 of 2020 which was disposed of by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 2nd Court, Durgapur.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the ground reality and the fact that the police authorities submitted Final Report in connection with Budbud P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021, I am of the view that the police authorities have taken steps.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. As such, no interference is called for by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15418 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
