The petitioner is insistent for release of this matter. The only ground is that a contempt petition has been filed on April 27, 2026 alleging that the directions contained in the order of February 10, 2026 has not been complied with. 2.

Mr. Lahiri, learned Advocate appearing for the headmaster of the school, submits that hearing before the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench was still in progress and the question of compliance of the directions contained in the order of February 10, 2026 does not arise, in any event, according to him, no directions were passed on February 10, 2026 which are required for compliance as the matter was being heard.

Since the contempt petition has been filed and is pending before the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench, let this matter be released from this list and be placed before the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench for consideration.
