It appears from the aforesaid document that in the said meeting, the acceptance of the joining report of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Headmistress has been scheduled, it is clarified that such acceptance shall be from the date she is functioning as such.

W.P.A. 14572 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
