Considering the injury report, the discharge certificate of the victim, which shows ethyl poisoning and the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate alleging administration of poison by the present petitioners and the husband, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
