The Inspector-in-Charge, Bolpur Police Station has submitted a report dated 26.07.2023, which is kept with the record.

It appears that the Police have shown the Court's order to the respondents who have locked the shop room in front of them. On 03.06.2023 and 26.07.2023, the factory and shop room continued to remain closed.

Bolpur Police Station shall ensure that the shop room does not operate without "consent" of the West Bengal Pollution Control Board.

4.

Bolpur Police Station shall maintain strict vigil thereat.

5.

The contempt application is disposed of.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
