Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that another co-accused was granted bail. Such co-accused was also there in the T.I. Parade.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was identified in the T.I. Parade. The co-accused who was granted bail was not identified in the T.I. Parade. In this regard he refers to the order dated July 4, 2017 passed by the Coordinate Bench granting bail to the co-accused. Considering the materials available in Court and considering the T.I. Parade report and the order dated July 4, 2017 and considering that there is hardly any material change in circumstances from the order dated July 14, 2017, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6280 of 2021 is dismissed.
