For the Petitioners The petitioners seek quashing of proceedings of complaint case being 676C of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Bankura solely on the ground that an earlier complaint was filed by the opposite party on identical grounds being Kashipur Police Station Case no. 76 of 2021 dated 16th July, 2021 wherein charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners under Section 498A/323/325/186/188/34 of the Indian Penal code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Since both the complaints have been lodged by the 2nd opposite party against the petitioners and pertain to similar allegations, both the cases be tried by the learned trial Court simultaneously.

No fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the revisional application pending.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. Learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to try both the cases simultaneously, in accordance with law.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
