1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and was in love relationship with the victim, the victim is a married lady.

2. The prayer for anticipatory bail is opposed by the learned counsel for the State as well as the de-facto complainant.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
