The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the proceedings relating to Bantra P.S. FIR case no. 411 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 under Section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 9076 of 2015.

It appears that the present case was initiated in the year 2015 and it is submitted that in spite of charge-sheet having been submitted charge has not been framed till date.

3. As the revision is being disposed of, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned empanneled lawyer of the State present in Court, is appointed to represent the State of West Bengal in this case. Let her appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

4. Considering the delay in the proceedings before the trial Court, the trial Court is directed to make all endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in the present revision being Bantra P.S. FIR case no. 411 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 under Section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 9076 of 2015, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order. It is further directed that charge in the

present case be framed within a month from the date of communication of this order.

5. The revisoinal application stands disposed of. 6.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
