The writ application has been preferred challenging prohibitory order dated April 22, 2026, the Garnishee Order dated March 4, 2025.

It appears that the petitioner herein has preferred an appeal challenging an order under Section 45A of the ESI Act before the ESI Court, in respect of which the impugned orders have been passed.

Subsequently, the petitioner on several occasions has approached this Court and has got conditional orders by a Co-ordinate Bench initially and subsequently by this Court.

The petitioner now submits that the petitioner approached the ESI Court praying for relief as prayed for in the writ application vide an application dated 9th June, 2026, it appears that the application was taken on record by the ESI Court vide an order dated

09.06.2026 and the matter has been fixed for hearing on 9th July, 2026.

Considering the said fact, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage as the matter is sub-judice before the ESI Court and a short date has been fixed.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
