Let the name of the respondent No.2 be struck of from the records of the writ petition.

As already recorded in the order dated 11th February 2022, by reason of a change of policy effected by the Railway Board recently most of the grievances of the writ petitioner appeared to have been addressed. However, in the event the writ petitioner feels there are some outstanding grievances pending, he may make an appropriate representation to the railways and take out appropriate proceedings if need be thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
