Mr. Ali Ahasan Alamgir Ms. Soma Mal Ms. June Modak ....for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee ....for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the State that although the petitioner's name was there in the FIR, he has not been named either in the charge sheet or in the supplementary charge sheet. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest. As such, no further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of without any further order even as to costs.
