Order is an interlocutory one. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the court granting interim bail in accordance with law.

In the event, application for cancellation of bail is filed before the court below, the said court shall consider the application at the earliest preferably within one month from the date of institution of the proceeding.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (DB) 2454 of 2023 is disposed of.
