1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas in the year 2009. The process was completed in the year 2021. The petitioner has alleged several discrepancies in the recruitment process.

3. This Court has considered the same in the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in W.P.A. No. 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. - Vs. - The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

4. Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jana, submits that his client's mother and father died of cancer and she is

the only child and hence could not file the instant writ petition in time.

5. Since the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition on 10th June, 2024 after the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 25th April, 2024, she cannot get the benefit of the said order.

6. This Court is of the view that the cut off date in respect of the recruitment processes and the orders of the Court and particularly in the instant case are required to be maintained strictly and cannot be deviated from under any circumstances.

7. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
