This case pertains to the year 2021.

By filing this revisional application, Petitioners have prayed for quashing of charge sheet being no. 43 of 2017 dated 30.06.2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry prohibition Act. Consequential proceedings emanating therefrom arising out of Ballygunje Police Station case no. 134 of 16 dated 27.09.202016 corresponding to T.R. 1199 of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore, District South 24 - parganas.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2021 and no one represented the petitioner.

It seems the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1915 of 2021 is thus dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
