Agarwala, learned advocate for the petitioner, has produced the Order No.7 dated July 7, 2023, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Serampore, Hooghly, in Matrimonial Suit No.465 of 2022.

It appears that the said matrimonial suit has been disposed of. The marital tie between the parties has been dissolved by a decree of divorce on mutual consent under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Hence, nothing further remains in this revisional application. The revisional application is thus disposed of.
