1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court on the issue of framing of charge.

2. As prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the bail application.

The application for bail being CRM(M)/879/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no explanation shall tantamount to on the merits of the case.
