The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No. 261 (06) of 2023 corresponding to G.R.

Case No. 1588 of 2023 which is arising out of Kaliganj Police Station Case No. Case No. 302 of 2022 dated 13.05.2022 under Sections 341/325/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 was added at the time of submission of Charge Sheet and the case is presently pending before the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,

It appears that the proceeding in the present case is pending since 2022.

Accordingly, Ms.

Zareen Khan, learned advocate for the State along with the learned Public Prosecutor are appointed to represent the present case on behalf of the State. Their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in the present case preferably within two years from the date of this order.

The revisional application stands disposed of.
