Mr. Apalak Basu, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the revisional application being preferred, a compromise has been entered into between the parties and as such at this stage she is not inclined to proceed with the present revisional application.

Petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh application if there are change of circumstances.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2224 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
