The grievance of the petitioners that they have submitted a request before the Respondent No.3, the Estate Manager, Kalyani praying for permission for transfer of Plot No.A-9/221 along with the building standing thereon.

The request made by the petitioners was rejected by the Respondent No.3 vide communication dated 27th April, 2015. In the said communication, the Respondent No.3 stated that vide Memo No.213 dated 16th January, 2014 requested the petitioner to submit regarding status/details of land/apartment of Sinthee, Kolkata - 700 050 where they are residing now. The petitioners

failed to submit the said details to the Respondent No.3 and due to non availability of said details, the request of the petitioner was rejected.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to submit the details as required by the Estate Manager, Kalyani, the Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the details from the petitioners, the Respondent No.3 shall take appropriate steps for grant of permission to the petitioner in respect of the Plot No.A - 9/221along with the building situated at Kalyani Township, Nadia, West Bengal within a period of four weeks thereafter. With this observation, WPA 1234 of 2015 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
